Pre-nuptial agreements (or ante-nuptial, in Minnesota) are not a "license to fail." While divorce is more common and acceptable than ever, getting a "pre-nup" does not mean a couple is expecting to divorce. In fact, taking the time to examine your assets, expectations, and financial styles can only benefit your relationship, as you will no doubt make major financial decisions soon after marriage.

For couples who have been together many years, but only recently choosing marriage (such as some same-sex couples), an ante-nuptial agreement can be particularly useful in determining the value of joint assets acquired prior to the marriage.

Ante-nuptial agreements are available on a FLAT FEE basis.
